Windows 7 AutoFill form Data

Hi..

i want the software like AutoFill in google chorme

but it contains the fields only like email, contact, city , country etc

but i want custom data of one particular website which have fields like

DelarerCode (4 digit no)
Mobile no (10 digit)
STB Code(12 digit code) etc

Hi thanks for reply .. its good software but i want when i m feeling data in the website i want to retrieve those data with particular keycombination software

for suppose if i click Ctrl + D - >It should retrive dealer name
Ctrl+ Alt+ S - > STB no etc
