Good day

I have a HP Probook 4730s

When I use it at work on the LAN with a cable it works all day everyday, but as soon as I switch over to Wifi either at home or at my work it give me the BSOD sometimes a few minutes goes by other times within a few seconds.

I have tried to attach as much info as possible, hope all is in order, please let me know if there is anything else you need.

Attached is all the info gathered with W7F Diagnostic Tool, CPU-Z screen shots added, PassMark RAMMon HTML also included

Thanks in advance

Your wifi adapter has this problem.
Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_002B&SUBSYS_1461103C&REV_01\001517FFFF24141200 52
Code 52 is "Windows cannot verify the digital signarture for the drivers required for this device.

Please:
- download a fresh set of the latest Win7 compatible wifi drivers for your system.
- un-install the current wifi drivers from your system.
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Also, please perform a full system scan in case the unsigned drivers were malicious in nature. If you scan doesn't complete, try a couple of the free scans from here: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

If Zone Alarm is installed (the drivers indicate that it is), please un-install it immediately (for testing purposes). Then ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on. If this stops the BSOD's, I'd suggest leaving it off - but if you want to put it back on, be sure to download the latest, Win7 compatible version to re-install.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Good day, thanks for the reply.

I have treid about 4 different versions of the driver for wifi and all give the same BSOD

Running MSE and not zone alarm, I know the on driver looks like it, but Running a VPN program that connects to Germany

This driver is a ZoneAlarm driver:
vsdatant.sys Tue Jan 17 10:24:54 2012 (4F1592C6)
If ZoneAlarm isn't installed, then there's another program using it's components (not unusual).
Still, it needs to be removed in order to see if it's causing the problem.

This driver is also (most likely) a ZoneAlarm driver:
vnaap.sys Mon Dec 29 07:10:44 2008 (4958BE44)
Due to it's age it MUST be removed (as it's likely not compatible with Win7)

The problem is within the networking sub-system, and most likely within the wifi sub-system below that.
This would include any internet/network aware programs (such as the Juniper network and ZoneAlarm).

The most likely cause (IMO) is the ZoneAlarm drivers
The next most likely cause would be a broken wifi card.
The test for the wifi card is to replace it with another one (not easy on most laptops).
