Is there a way to bar "permanently get access to this folder" short of removing admin status?

Admin status does, by nature, give access to everything. Not that simple though, a lot of people, including me, have had problems in accessing files and and folders even if we were admins.

As far as I can see, the only way to bar would be to create a new user account, a limited one.

Thanks T, but note that there's a difference between free access and the warned access that I'm seeing here. I can't imagine why any designer thought protection needed initially might not be wanted subsequently. But I guess he did. Oh well!
