Hello. Once upon a time I had a free program that allowed converting images to quite consistent ones, in batches, via control of white. I've lost it, and now I can't find anything but Adobe Photoshop, unless counting ones that include coding. It's for my dear Uncle, who makes an effort to scan old pictures. Many old California pictures look like they have been taken on Mars, the Red Planet, and correcting shouldn't be that difficult. Can anyone give a clue?
