Windows 7 blank screen..no icon...

i facing this problem, no desktop, no icon, cant right click on my screen n after i restart my laptop it show only My documents.n in my control panal i cant go in to taskbat n start menu n folder options, i using win7 ultimate. i try everything but it wont work... plz help !!!

have you tried reinstalling it?

Try a new user account, Control Panel > User Accounts.
