Windows 7 blank warning window continuously appearing

Hi there, My desktop has suddenly started producing a warning window that is almost completely blank. There are two buttons but they are also blank as well. I have attached an image to show the windows that appear. Anybody seen this before or know what it is?

Any new software loaded, maybe some malware got loaded with it. A new program that did not install correctly and left a runonce.exe.

nothing new that i know of, i'm running scans at the moment for malware but haven't come up with anything yet
