Hello,
I was watching a video on a news website yesterday when I suddenly got a blue screen. After restarting, I checked the Event Viewer and found the following BugCheck error:
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff80002cb027e, 0xfffff8800b3add90, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 122111-51901-01."
The file referenced is 808 MB. I checked the Minidump folder and found a DMP file which is only 285 KB. Both files were saved at about the same time, so I assume they're referencing the same error. I've attached the smaller Mini Dump file to this post.

Can anyone take a look at this file and tell me what caused my blue screen and how to fix it?
I tried installing Microsoft SDK so I could open and view these files, but my SDK installation failed for some reason. The log shows the repeated error, "DDSet_Error: Patch Hooks: Missing required property 'ProductFamily': Setup cannot continue." and "DDSet_Warning: Setup failed while calling 'getDLLDirectory'. System error: Cannot create a file when that file already exists." At the end, there's a message that says, "installation failed with return code 5100." I've searched the web and found other people having the same installation issues, but their solutions (updating Registry settings, checking the Temp directory, uninstalling VC++ 2010 x86 10.0.40219 update, etc), did not work for me.
Also, last night as I was restarting my computer, the shutdown process never completed. The computer froze on the "Shutting Down..." screen. It stayed that way for about 30 minutes until my computer finally shut down without restarting. When I turned it back on, I checked the Event Viewer, and while the crash was logged as a Critical Error, there was no Bug Check message to go with it.
I'm working off of a clean installation of Windows 7 onto a hard disk I reformatted a couple weeks ago. I just finished installing all my programs and updates so hopefully, this issue will be a quick fix.
My computer is an HP HDX 18T notebook running Windows 7 64 bit.
Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.
