This issue happens after automatic updates overnight while computer is in "sleep" mode

Definition Update for Microsoft Security Essentials - KB2310138 (Definition 1.145.727.0)
Platform Update for Windows 7 x64-Edition (KB2670838)

If you go over and check the BSOD forum, there is a sticky about how to ask for help with Blue Screens. The .dmp file can be useful in finding the problem.

The reference you give, LocalizedResourceName, seems to be mentioned in the Registry as "Common Startup", so not sure if it is referring to an actual folder such as the Startup folder on the Start Menu, or some folder that contains all the startup programs, or means nothing relevant.

Edit: Oh sorry, I did not see you already had a thread running.....
