Hello, I've had this computer for about a year now and just recently every time I click the shutdown button my computer blue screens. It isn't a random occurrence it only happens when shutting down. I don't understand why this randomly started however I am unable to do a system recovery as it says I have no previous save points. So I suppose that isn't an option. Anyone that could offer me some help would be deeply appropriated. Im starting to worry.

Solution
1. You can try SFC.EXE /SCANNOW
2. If you have a win7 DVD you can do an inplace install. Make sure you back up any critiacal files before you do the install. This will not remove any software or files but be safe in case.

If you do not know how to do either of these Bing is your friend. (or Google)
