Windows 7 Bluescreen then restart

My Pc goes BlueScreen every once in a while, says something about physical memory dump, then restarts before i can read what it says. Please help??

Hi fearfactory, I can't help with the cause of the BSOD but I can help stop your machine from restarting before you
can read the codes etc.
Right click My Computer and choose Properties, click Advanced System Settings and in System Properties under Startup and Recovery click settings.
Under System failure uncheck Automatic restart.
The next time your machine BSOD's (blue screen of death) it will not restart, allowing you to read and record the error codes.
Google the error codes or report here for help fixing the problem.

BTW, is this a clean install of Win 7 or an update from Vista?
