Windows 11 Bluetooth Keeps Disappearing From Device Manager/System

I have an EP-9636GS EDUB LOVE Wi-Fi 6 / Bluetooth 5.1 3K Mbps Broadcom Adapter with AX-200 tech, really broadband, fast transmission rates, but I am continually experiencing a significant problem in that the network card keeps becoming invisible to the system, like it's not even there, not installed, and Bluetooth goes out the gawdamned window. I've tried disabling Fast Startup, and that fixes the issue some of the time, but the other times, I have to completely power off the computer and plug the motherboard cable from the card to a different (adjacent) MBD USB port, power it back on, and then it shows up again. I am getting sick and frikking tired of this bullcrap. Did I buy a piece-of-gawdamned-crap networking card that intermittently decides if it wishes to frikking function or not, or is there another problem that I may solve to get my damned Bluetooth to function consistently?
