Windows 7 BSOD 3D Gaming

Hello,

I am experiencing BSOD during 3D gaming (Battlefield 3, SWTOR, etc) after about 5 minutes of game play. I initially thought it was a RAM issue but have been unable to confirm. I've attached my SF Diagnostic folder. Please advise.

Background: Recently replaced defective motherboard (AMD) with Intel. Also replaced CPU, RAM, and Video Card. It's basically a new computer; same HDD. I'm fairly certain this is a driver issue but am unable to locate the origin.

UPDATE

Did Memtest with all 4 slots of RAM (2gig each) and I got an error "Hardware Issue - Contact Manufacturer."

I tried to isolate the issue by doing a MemTest with each individual stick on the same slot but found no errors. I tried again by testing each individual slot with one stick of RAM, still no problem. It's dual channel (2x2) RAM (8 gig total, 4 slots). Still having issues. Any ideas?

Your attachment does not include any actual dump files, nor any images from CPUz or an HTML report from RAMMon. So.....
First make sure your machine is configured properly to facilitate the collection of .dmp files.

Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

Do your best to accumulate the data required.
Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.
