I started getting BSOD after I installed a new modem, maybe it is related to it. I am not sure.

You have 3 hard drives - what is the make/model/wattage/and age of your Power Supply?
Each hard drive should have 15% free space for optimum performance - please remove that amount from each of the drives.

These devices have problems:
ehdrv ROOT\LEGACY_EHDRV\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
epfwwfp ROOT\LEGACY_EPFWWFP\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Security Processor Loader Driver ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
The first 2 are related to your ESET protection. Please uninstall it and immediately reinstall it. If you encounter any errors, perform several of the free scans here: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

The Security Processor Loader error is usually present with virus infections - please ensure that you run several of the free scans in order to ensure that your system is free of viruses.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol 120% software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

Your Terayon Cable Modem drivers date from 2002 and must be removed.

Your slnt.sys driver (which dates from 2005) belongs to a device from this company: │--Kaiomy Technology--│ Please remove it also.

Your monitor driver ( hugoio.sys ) dates from 2007 - Please remove it also

The BSOD's primarily blame the Kaiomy device - so I'd start with removing that.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Un-install the program associated with that device.
If that doesn't work, then use Device Manager to un-install the driver

The latest version of the slnt.sys driver is dated 2002, and I need that driver to use my Ethernet port.

Try uninstalling it to test your system (you can always reinstall it later on if you want).

I would encourage you to find another, more recent device to use to connect to the internet - as network problems due to older drivers like this have skyrocketed since Vista came out (we had an entire community who couldn't connect (using Vista) to the internet due to outdated hardware at the ISP)

If unable to do this, then I'd have to suggest that you go back to using Windows XP as it'll be more stable with these very old drivers.

Good luck!

I uninstalled the Kaiomy device and I am USB port to access the internet. Hopefully this will solve my problem.
Really grateful for your help. Thanks for analyzing the dmp files.

I'm glad to be of help.
I hope that this solves your issues.
Please post back to let us know the outcome. It's usually a week or two before it's certain that the BSOD's won't come back.

Sorry to be of bother again, but I got a BSOD even after disabling and removing the Kaiomy device. I have attached the new dmp files.

Not a bother at all. We frequently see BSOD's re-occur after the first attempt at fixing them.

We first fix/remove all 3rd party driver problems that we can identify.
Then, if the BSOD's still continue - we run hardware diagnostics
Then, if the BSOD's still continue - then we look at Windows issues

2 more 3rd party issues and then we'll move on to hardware diagnostics.

1) Please update your chipset software from the Intel Download Center: Intel Download Center
I believe that this is the proper driver for your system - but please double check it: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20775&keyword=chipset&lang=eng

2) If you have un-installed/re-installed your ESET protection as I previously requested, there's no need to do anything further with it. If not, please:
- download a free anti-virus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the ESET software
- install and update the free antivirus
- make sure that the Windows Firewall is turned on
- perform a full system scan to ensure that the system remains clean

If you still experience BSOD's after these 2 things, then we must start looking at hardware (you can start these now in order to get a head start on it if you like). Please run these free hardware diagnostics and let us know the results: Hardware Diagnostics

Depending on the BSOD error, we may ask you to run additional tests (such as Driver Verifier) - but that will come after we look at the memory dump files.

Good luck!
