Hi there,

Seems like the causes of crashes are random so more likely it could be some Hardware that's causing the system to crash. Go follow this link Hardware Diagnostic | Captain Debugger and run a complete Hardware Diagnostic

Before doing that remove AVG completely and run the AVG Removal tool and make sure it all the left over files. And let it run for few hours and see if the system crashes. If it does then do the Hardware Diagnostic.

Code:
BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
verifier to a suspect driver.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000003, the pool freelist is corrupt.
Arg2: 98b9b178, the pool entry being checked.
Arg3: 98b9b178, the read back flink freelist value (should be the same as 2).
Arg4: 9835f110, the read back blink freelist value (should be the same as 2).

No it's wouldnt have still been in memory. Check you memory settings and cpu settings in your bios. Pay close attention to the memory voltage and it's timings.
