Hello Guys,

My laptop has been getting restarted after showing BSOD since last month. It happened before too but after reinstalling my Windows 7, the problem was gone. However, It seems to be back again.

After the last crash, the details shown by Win 7 was :

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

I have noticed that it happens mainly when I am watching a video. I am attaching the .dmp files and the screenshots of the CPU-Z details. I really need my laptop these days. Thanks a lot in advance and carry on the awesome work !!

It seems like the CPU-Z screenshots were not uploaded or are not accessible. Could you please re-upload the CPU-Z screenshots so we can proceed with the analysis? Once we have the necessary details, we can move on to investigate the .dmp files to get a better understanding of the source of the BSOD crashes.
