Windows 7 Random BSOD, BCCode 50, only once?

Last night, I just randomly had a single BSOD; BCCode 50. It just happened while I was setting up a few text and other files and a skype call; after restarting, everything else seemed to be fine. Can anyone help me figure out what precisely happened? What I've looked up thus far has basically said "Well it can be anything wrong with any part of your hardware or software." Very, very non-specific stuff.

However, since then, for the rest of the night and into today, no issues at all.

I've included the zip for the stuff from the help tool. Is there anyone who can look at it and possibly give me some more in-depth analysis?

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiEmptyWorkingSet+1c5 )

Hi,
the above Bugcheck can be caused by:
The installation of faulty hardware or in the event of failure of installed hardware (usually related to defective RAM, be it main memory, L2 RAM cache, or video RAM).

Another common cause is the installation of a faulty system service.

Antivirus software can also trigger this error, as can a corrupted NTFS volume.

I see you have Avast AV as well as SuperAntispyware. Avast is known on occasion to cause issues please uninstall to test and use MSE in it's place as it's super stable. To replace SuperAntispyware try using Malwarebytes as both MSE and Malwarebytes run very stable :

Malwarebytes

It's possible that your RAM may have issues but to be honest I doubt it... See how you go making the above changes and post any new dump files. We can always test your RAM at a later date.
