Windows 7 BSOD due to photon plus

hello guys,
i am facing this problem of bsod and the laptop restarts whenever i connect to photon plus (or i think so) the laptop restarts i have an acer aspire one AOD257 (win 7 starter).
bsod doesn't appear until i connect tata photon plus
the error it shows is worker returned bad irql.please help
sometimes when internet is connected (through photon) easily ant i start a download with BitComet the bsod appears showing the same error.

Only 113 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please check Windows Update and get ALL available updates

You have both McAfee and Microsoft Security Essentials installed. Please uninstall McAfee and ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.

Problems with your Microsoft Security Essentials (MSSE). Please:
1) Run several of these free scans to see if the current protection has been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources
2) If clean, download a fresh copy of the MSSE. Then un-install the current version and IMMEDIATELY install the freshly downloaded version. IMMEDIATELY update it and perform a full system scan.
