Windows 7 BSOD happening every so often

This is a brand new machine i just build. Here are some specs

i5 3570k 3.4ghz ivy bridge
7950 AMD
SSD OCX 240gig
600watt Cossair gaming series
8gb vengeance Cossair ram
p8 z77-v lx Motherboard

So, below are some attached DMP files, I'm confused on what's happening, I just had my CPU RMA for excessive heat problems, (running 105c in an underclocked setting) I solved that problem, Now this is something that's been a little more in the backround but now it's really starting to annoy me and it's getting a bit more frequent. It happens mostly when i'm playing a game, I have bluescreen view and i'm getting PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
and DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Attached are the DMP Files i've gotten in the last few days. First thing i did was i did a memtest 86 to see if my ram was bad, No errors for about an hour test. the remaining problems state that it could be driver related, Or it could be a bad motherboard which i REALLY hope it's not cause i just went a week without my CPU, another week waiting for RMA MB will suck even more.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Post reserved for later analysis.
However, please use these instructions: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html to post a BSOD, as minidumps are not conclusive.

Thanks.

also some suggestions.
You should run Memtest86+ for at least seven hours, which is pretty much overnight.
Try running Prime95 (link "GIMPS" in my signature).

Also:

[h=3]STOP Error 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL[/h]STOP error 0xA means that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. STOP code 0x0000000A may also display "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" on the same STOP message.

[h=3]STOP Error 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA[/h]STOP error 0x50 means that invalid system memory has been referenced. STOP code 0x00000050 may also display "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" on the same STOP message.

Looks like you've overclocked your processor a bit. Please return it to stock speed for troubleshooting.

From the 5/11/2012, there seems to be two problems with Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, so that's a sign.

You have Daemon Tools installed - please uninstall it, as Daemon Tools have been known to cause BSODs.

2 out of the 4 minidumps point to dxgmms1.sys, which points to your DirectX drivers (which is probably linked to AC Brotherhood). Try updating your DirectX drivers again, and also possibly using these instructions: http://windows7forums.com/windows-7...ation-instructions-microsoft-windows-7-a.html to install the latest AMD driver.

Looking at the last minidump analysis, it says that something's wrong with your USB port/driver/controller:

Thank you for the fast analysis, I also have a passport external HD that goes in those ports. I was thinking back and every time i've crashed i've had that thing connected to my PC, i've also noticed that from time to time it'll just disconnect for no reason whatsoever. Could it be possible that windows is using that drive for pagefile memory and when when the drive mysteriously disconnects it'self. core files that were placed in the page file are no longer available?

Okay, i'm implimenting your changes right now, The error doesnt really reproduce it'self immediately, it could be hours before it shows up again. But i'll give it a few days and we'll see where we are at.

BSOD again while playing Natural Selection 2. Here's the dmp file. Should i just reinstall windows?

2 possibilities here:
1) this is a hardware or low-level driver problem
2) this is a BSOD that's unrelated to previous issues.

This driver is blamed:
PLTGC.sys Wed Mar 28 04:09:30 2012 (4F72C73A)
C-Media USB Audio Driver (WDM)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=PLTGC.sys

Please:
- download a fresh copy of the Audio drivers
- un-install the current audio drivers on your system
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Next, in the past Zone Alarm (it's drivers are "low-level") has been known to cause problems. Please:
- download a free anti-virus for testing purposes. There's a list of some here: Link Removed - Invalid URL
Feel free to reinstall Zone Alarm (if you want) after the BSOD's have stopped
- then un-install Zone Alarm
- install the free anti-virus
- ensure that the Windows Firewall is enabled
- monitor for further BSOD's
