Windows 7 BSOD help me

I have problem when I run windows media player then windowns change to blue screen and restart and I run windows media player one time but nothing windows does not turn blue screen I do not why help me

Hi and welcome. Your machine has multiple issues and they must be taken care of.

1) Uninstall ESET in safe mode using the tool here:

ESET Knowledgebase - How do I manually uninstall my ESET security product?

Reboot and install MSE.

2) Uninstall Hardware Sensors monitor. The driver is too old for Windows 7:

3) Delete this entire folder:

D:\download\VLAuto4F2.71_CrackedFake\

to make sure that this driver is also removed:

Reboot.

4) Update your modem drivers:

5) Your AOL software is very old and needs to be updated to the latest version they have:

6) Visit the manufacturer's site of your motherboard and install the latest Ricoh SD Card Reader driver from there:

7) Must update Broadcom ethernet driver from the motherboard manufacturer's site:

8) Must also visit the manufacturer's site of your wireless adapter to update this very old driver:

9) Must update the video card driver:

10) Must uninstall FAN I/O software. The driver is ancient:

11) Must uninstall ISODrive. The driver is too old for Windows 7:

Replace with PowerISO.

12) Must update or uninstall StarForce. The driver is ancient:

Congrats lol. This machine is amongst the worst I've ever seen with regards to the state and condition to the software installed.

Unless you follow what I've said precisely and to a tee, you will be much better off with a clean install while formatting, of Windows 7.

And one further thing....we don't support machines with cracked software installed on it here. So consider my advice above a special exception for you as I was feeling kind.

You should start with step 3 above.
