Windows 7 BSOD on startup after updating Avast!

Hey everyone ive got a BSOD happening on every boot up after running an update on Avast. It asked to reboot after, i did.. And BSOD noe on repeat. I can get on safe mode but it says i dont have any recovery options turned on (not true...) and it wont let me load chrome or ie to access the Internet when in safe mode but i can get an internet connection in safe mode just no browser.

I took a screenshot with my phone whicj im using to post this thread .
