Windows 7 BSOD ONLY WHILE PLAYING LEAGUE OF LEGENDS

I've seen a couple of these threads, but it looks like I cant troubleshoot it unless one of you gets my computer specs etc.. I have installed a program (WhoCrashed) that finds out the most probable cause of the crash, and it says there is some sort of driver problem, but I don't know what it is, nor how to fix it.

Note this BSOD only happens while playing LoL - The game either freezes and screen goes black, or it makes a noise and goes to the BSOD..

Please help!
