Windows 7 BSOD playing Bad Company 2

I got a new gaming rig last friday, and I played some BC2 and it ran fine, this last couple of days after 20 minutes of game play it has died and restarted, some say its the GTX 460 that has issues, I'm lost here

after searching, it seems 2 be the game, lots people having the same problems playing the game
