Hi Guys,

Im having some BSOD issues with a custom build I did for my grandmother recently.
BSOD seems to mainly happen on start up/wake up and sometimes while shes in the middle of writing an email in thunderbird.

I currently only have remote access to the PC.
I ran a 12hr/stick memtest and checked the PSU voltages and reseated all cables/components last time I saw the PC.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
Intel Core i3-3220
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
1TB Seagate Barracuda
Antec VP-450P 450W

Running Microsoft Security Essentials & Windows Firewall.

Slimdrivers reports everything being up to date and I recently updated the Intel HD graphics drivers too.

Please check to ensure that you have all available Windows Updates.

Gigabyte ET6 (EasyTune6) is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems. Please un-install it.
Also, if Gigabyte's EasySaver is installed, please un-install it also (it also causes BSOD's)

Although there's only one memory dump uploaded - there were several listed in the WER section of MSINFO32. Those are suggestive of a low-level driver problem (such as the EasyTune6 program - or a hardware problem). Please run these free diagnostics if removing ET6 and EasySaver doesn't fix your problem: Hardware Diagnostics
