this bugcheck means a driver is writing to an invalid section of pooled memory. Nothing specific is named driver wise although I can see the Nvidia nvstreamuseragent was running at the time of the crash.
Now unless your actually using the Nvidia Stream your better off disabling it as it will actually make your card run that little bit faster.
Disable NVIDIA Streamer Service and other NVIDIA processes - gHacks Tech News
If the bsod continues then try updating the Nvidia driver using the version found on the systems support page:

File scans
Right click on the Start menu icon and from the revealed list choose 'admin command prompt'. Type:
sfc /scannow
press enter and await results
In the same command prompt and after the above scan has finished type:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press enter and await results (longer this time).
If the first scan found files it could not repair but the second scan is successful, run the first scan again using the same command prompt box and this time it should repair the files found.
Post any new dump files.

Hi,
thanks for posting the scan files. It looks like the store and update service has corruption. Try running these troubleshooters while I debug your dump file.

the above means an invalid request for pooled memory occurred. I also found another old driver which needs updating:
PxHlpa64.sys Mon Oct 17 15:29:34 2011: Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) most of which are named here:

I wanted you to run the driver verifier but it looks like it might be running?
In any case please create a recovery USB/Disk. If the verifer causes a bsod loop on start up you'll need the recovery USB/Disk to boot into safe mode to turn the verifier off.

At the moment i'm unsure which is why i asked you this:
