I suspect this application because of it's unusual launch location:
FreeApp REG_SZ "C:\Users\uu\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\NSX3EM6P\freeapps.exe" /autorun

All of the Memory Dumps are Driver Verifier enabled. Please turn Driver Verifier off. To do this, open up Driver Verifier, select "Delete existing settings" and click on "Finish" - then reboot to have the changes take effect.

The first 5 of the recent memory dumps blame pneteth.sys - a driver component of your PdaNet USB wireless tether. These drivers date from 2006 and are not compatible with Win7 - please un-install that device to test and see if it fixes the issues.

The last 4 of the recent memory dumps blame tcpipreg.sys - a Windows networking driver. This can mean that there are other issues affecting the networking stack (so we'll have to look deeper).

Your Conexant Modem drivers date from 2005 and aren't Win7 compatible. Please un-install them. If it's needed, please obtain the latest Win7 compatible drivers for that device.

You have a driver named yknebbbo.sys that has no record on the internet. It's possible that this is an infection - so it's essential that you run the anti-malware scans that I mentioned earlier. Please reply back about this one as it's been added to the Driver Reference Table (DRT) for others to see: Link Removed

Please update these drivers (some are repeats of those mentioned above):

You, sir, are quite amazing. I'll get to work on it and let you know how it all goes. I have to go to work in 30 minutes, but I'll start everything now, and finish when I get off.

Thank you, so much, ahead of time.
My hat is off.
