Windows 7 BSOD When hibernating? (Win7-64) (Previous topic didn't help me)

Two dell support technicians have said to go to factory settings but...who wants to do that?
Any and all help appreciated.

64 bit windows 7 home premium
Intel core i3
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330

Service pack 1

A driver is causing an inconsistent power state.

Two things immediately hit me

1-Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp,sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

2-Your Symantec was running at the time of both crashes. I would remove it and replace with Microsoft Security essentials at least to test (i would replace it permanently)

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Still having the issue so i'm doing a fresh install.
