Hello,

I have the following problem - from time to time (it does not always happen) when I connect some USB device (pendrive, printer etc.) BSOD suddenly appears. Could you please help me? I'm attaching all the needed files (from W7F Diagnostic Tool, CPU-Z and RAMMon). Thank you in advance!

Hi,
every dmp file is the same. The file hcmon.sys is a USB VMware driver and if possible you need to update your VMware:

Hello,
Thank you for your reply and sorry for such a big delay in answering. Frankly, I think that I don't need VMware - I'll try to uninstall it and see if it helps. However, today I had another BSOD, without any USB connection. I'm sending a dmp file in an attachment - could you have a look please?

Hi,
removing the VMware stuff sounds ideal as the above hcmon.sys belongs to VMware and is a USB monitor driver.
