I caught the last BSOD screen that indicated Atikmpag and while poking around with Nirsoft BlueScreenView I see both instances look to be the same and it pointing to dxgkrnl. Both BSOD happen while watching different Youtube videos. My PC is a 3week old HP p7-1154. This PC is replacing my old pc that the Mother board puked out on. I tested the old PC by trying different Power supplies, Memory's, and Hard Drives. Since none of these help the old Box I bought a new PC. Ran this new PC for several hours with old PC's Memory with no troubles so I boosted this New box from 6G ram to 10 using two 2G sticks from old PC. I know some of you may suggest pulling that used memory out and likely I don't need it but more the merrier right. Any how, attached are the file you like to review. For some reason RamMon is not launching. I downloaded The x64 version and installed. I looks like it starts to launch but nothing happens.

I'm currently Running Microsoft's Security essentials.

Thanks for your help

It seems like you are experiencing Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors on your new HP PC, specifically related to the Atikmpag driver and pointing to dxgkrnl. These errors occurred while watching YouTube videos.
Given your troubleshooting efforts with the old PC's memory and the details you've provided, it's good to ensure that the memory you added to your new PC is compatible and functioning correctly. Since RamMon isn't launching for you to check the memory details, we can explore other ways to diagnose the issue.
Let's first take a look at the files you mentioned to further analyze the BSOD errors and see if we can identify any specific issues that may be causing the crashes. Please go ahead and upload the files for review so we can...
