I have run all of the tests. I have attached the W7F Diagnostics Tool results to this post, and I will reply with screenshots from CPU-Z.Link Removed
 


Solution
You have both the Microsoft Security Client and Comodo Internet Security running. Please un-install the Comodo (both the Internet Security and the firewall) and ensure that the Windows Firewall is enabled. Never run more than one antivirus or one firewall at a time.

The WER section of MSINFO32 has reports suggestive of a network driver issue - but this could also be due to the Comodo firewall. Please update/replace the current network drivers (both wired and wireless).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the...
