Windows 7 BSOD with speedtouch 330 thomson...URGENT..

could anyone find the drivers for speedtouch modem 330 thomson for win7 x86 n x64...i read somewhere that this modem n vista or xp drivers used on win7 32bit is compatible but its not true i still get BSODs,its temporary solution,works for some days n then crashes.
i preferrably want it for win 7 x64.
if anyone has reliable and self tested some way..plz let me know,i am bound to vista just for this thing ONLY.otherwise i have transferred on win7 totally.

The only driver I could locate is this one:

However I highly doubt it's for-the 64-bit edition.
