Hi there,
I keep getting this blue screen of death and I can't find out why. This is a brand new pc which I bought just two days ago. Please help me.
I ran the powershell command and the W7F Diagnostic Tool. I uploaded the results of both, I also added both the minidump files in the w7f zip file.
In event viewer it says: "The computer has been restarted after a bug check. The error check is 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80287db0340, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffffffffffffffff). A dump has been stored in: C: \ WINDOWS \ MEMORY.DMP. Report ID: 9fca7a72-8406-437f-a37d-913c74698c53."
and the stopcode is: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

If anyone could help me I would greatly appericiate it!

Hi,
both dump files report atikmdag.sys as being involved.

This relates to your gpu driver and may have become corrupted.

Download and run the DDU or Display Driver Uninstaller:

Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V18.0.0.9 Released. - Wagnardsoft Forum

You'll need to boot into safe mode in order to use it correctly, oh and run it as administrator.

Once you boot back into Windows install the latest gpu driver (download it before you use the DDU)
