Windows 7 Build 7000 (aka Windows 7 Beta ) is available in both 32 bit and 64 bit. However this is true only for the people who were selected to officially test Windows 7 Beta. The versions that were leaked are only 32 bit.... for now..

yes both 32 bit and 64 bit versions are available and i can also say that both versions have been leaked on torrent sites as i am running the 64 bit version currently.

iroken is correct, both 32 and 64 bi versions were leaked as of last night.
