Windows 10 Can I upgrade to Windows 10?

Can I upgrade to Windows 10?
I am running Windows 7 on my PC and I want to upgrade my PC to Windows. So, I thought to confirm if I can do that. My PC specifications are:

• Intel Pentium G630 2.7GHz
• Foxconn H61MV V2.0
• 6GB (5.71GB usable) RAM

Please reply fast! Any help will be appreciated.

The G630 CPU uses the Sandy Bridge architecture which has no support for Windows 10 per Intel's page Link Removed

Should I continue with Windows 7 SP1 or upgrade to Windows 8.1? Which one is better in terms of performance?

I've never benchmarked between them, but 8.1 is supported 3 more years than 7 and has better security
