Recently Windows 7 wants to format any FAT and FAT32 USB thumb drives or SD cards when they are put in. It wont format to FAT and wont show the files on them either. There seems to be nothing wrong with the thumb drives themselves because they are read on other computers. It read them about a month and a half ago with no problem and I haven't installed anything in that time. System restore didn't help either. As well as disk management and other solutions I looked up did not help.
