Windows 7 Cannot access game files

I have upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista and almost everything is okay but I cannot access my Oblivion game files. They are there, I can see them in a folder. I also loaded them again from our back up. Can anyone help me get my Oblivion disc to find the saved games.
