Windows 7 cannot to upgrade to windows7

hi there,

I try to upgrade my laptop from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate. But when it comes Expanding windows files(21%), it request to restart and after restart i have 2 options: Window Setup and Windows Vista and then i choose Window Setup. But after it starts up and says: "Windows can not start the installation process" and it restarts.Please help me!Thanks

Can you boot from the disk and do a clean install? It will wipe out everything on your hard drive... but often the upgrades just won't work.
