Windows 7 Can't install Microsoft ,NET Framework

Link Removed due to 404 Error

Not sure what is wrong but there may be multiple issues Got my laptop about 2 months ago.
About two weeks ago I installed Office 2007 which I think is 32bit software. Maybe unrelated but then the installer spftwork or maybe .NET Framework became corrupted so I uninstalled it but now can't install 3.5 version. Looks like it is downloaded but the system is not showing it is there at all.

ANY ideas??

Try this: (Not your bersion of windows but still may help)
Link Removed - Invalid URL

This one is better because the issue was resolved for the poster:

Try to download it manually after uninstalling all other versions.
