Windows 10 Can't Open Office Apps

Recently I started having issues opening Word on my Lenovo computer. Whenever I try to open documents to edit them, I can't find word in the open with folder, and when I could open it in Word, it always said things like "package not registered" or "package could not be found". What should I do?
