Hello

I have Windows 7 Ultimate.

From Start > Getting Started > Discover Windows 7 > clicking a video on
" More getting started videos " ie. ' Personalising your PC ' I can neither see the video nor hear any sound though the window does go through 100% buffering.

Any solutions to my issue would be welcome. Thank you

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue: 1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and capable of streaming videos without interruptions. Slow or intermittent connections can lead to buffering issues. 2. Update Browser and Adobe Flash Player: Make sure that your browser is up to date and that Adobe Flash Player (if required for the video playback) is installed and updated. Sometimes outdated software can cause compatibility issues. 3. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser cache and cookies can sometimes resolve video playback issues. This action refreshes the browser and might help with playback problems. 4. Try a Different Browser: If you're using a specific browser to play the video, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific. 5. Check Sound Settings: Ensure that your sound settings are correctly configured on your computer. Check the volume settings and sound output device. 6. Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with video playback. Try disabling any extensions you have installed and see if that resolves the issue. 7. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches that are causing playback issues. If the issue persists after trying these steps, please provide more details about the browser you are using and any error messages you may be seeing. This information can help in further diagnosing the problem.
