Windows 7 Change dual boot from 1 HDD to 2 HDDs?

At this moment I have a dual boot system with 2 Windows 7 installations on 1 HDD. Windows 7 is on the C-drive and on the K-drive. There's also an E-drive voor data. These are all partitions of one HDD.
I like to change my installation in a dual boot system divided over two seperate HDD's.

I like to know if there's an easy way to do this? For example, can I make an image of the K-drive Windows 7 partition and restore this on a new second HDD? My main concern is if the boot screen with startup will survive this move?

Thanks.
