Windows 7 change PIM bluetooth folder location?

when i transfer photos from my galaxy S2 phone to my win7 pc,
they auto go into the My Pictures folder, a
nd even after i've changed the folder in bluetooth settings,
they continue to transfer there, through the PIM interface.. any ideas why this
would be so?
or what else to check, etc?

any help greatly appreciated.

I've posted a new thread to see if anyone has found this solution. worst part is.....I have it working correct on my home machine. Did it ages ago and feel like it was a deep buried setting. Trying to get it on my laptop and can't get it. I know it can be done...just can't remember or find solution again.
