Windows 7 Changing Brightness.

Brightness is usually a setting found on the monitor itself although you can make changes via the setting shown in the screenshot or using settings found via your graphic card control panel. It's usually best though to get the basic level you want using your monitor and then fine tune using the settings outlined in the screenshot. This link may prove helpful:
