Windows 7 Configuration of firewall

Hello!

I just had a look at the options of my Windows 7 Home Premium firewall where I miss a feature which might be implemented but I haven't found it yet: Is there a way to block in / out connections of every program and specify which ones are permitted?

As far as I know you need to create one rule for each program what is very tedious.

Thanks for help!

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Firewall\Allowed apps
Just click the change settings button and start uncheck the boxes under Private and Public

this is not what I need nor I want

The easiest way to control individual programs is using a program such as Tweaking.com's program

well, this is simply an automation for configuring the advanced firewall but still does not refer to my request.

no solution yet?
