    Check with your laptop manufacturer's website
    I believe that you may be in need of a BIOS firmware update. See if they have something more current than you are currently using.
    Code:
    BiosVendor = Hewlett-Packard
    BiosVersion = F.53
    BiosReleaseDate = 09/11/2009
    SystemManufacturer = Hewlett-Packard
    SystemProductName = HP G60 Notebook PC

    There seems to be several G60 versions so you need to be specific when drilling down and searching for these types of updates.
    While you are there see if they have anything more current with respect to other system drivers as well, especially chipset, audio, video, and network device drivers.
