The Countdown Show continues, with Episode 13! Alex Bradley joins Rick and Joey to cover the details of the Ignite Attendee Celebration and the online broadcast experience. They fill you in on what to expect as well as give you some helpful tips. See a special video message from a member of one Chicago's own GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum selling rock bands that will perform at the celebration.

    Attendee Celebration
    6:30 P.M.–10:30 P.M.
    Lakeside Center, McCormick Place
It'll be an evening to remember... with a major headliner, incredible Chicago cuisine and craft beer, plus local music on the terrace. With a convenient location, right in Lakeside Center at McCormick Place, you can head straight to the party after sessions end on Thursday.

    Food and Beverage
Chicago is a foodie town and we're bringing in 30 local Chicago restaurants to serve you complimentary samples of their best local cuisine. A must-stop is the Goose Island beer garden. Touted as one of the Midwest's largest craft breweries, Goose Island will provide a variety of their latest craft beer. Beer reps, beer geeks, and even a few certified Cicerones (the sommeliers of beer) will be on hand to answer questions.

    Entertainment
Head outside to the East Fountain Terrace, for a laid back atmosphere that's perfect for networking. Featuring food trucks, a beer truck, a cool local band, and a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan.

Continue into Hall D where you'll find music, activities, and entertainment at every turn. Experience a sampling of Chicago's popular neighborhoods as you walk around discovering all the cool stuff to see and do. At 9:00 P.M., head to the main stage for the concert. Viewing is available throughout the hall. No professional cameras or audio equipment are permitted during the concert.

    More Details to Know

    • Your conference name badge is your ticket into this fabulous concert event. Please be sure it's visible as you enter.
    • Bag check will be available in Hall B. Joey, Rick and Alex highly advise bringing a pen and paper or use OneNote on your mobile device on Thursday.
    • Shuttle service will be provided between McCormick Place and conference hotels. Service will be available from 6:15 P.M.–10:45 P.M.

    Broadcast
Alex and Joey will broadcast starting at 8:30 AM Central Time, Monday, May 4 before the keynote (which starts at 9:00 AM). Then stay tuned immediately following the keynote for a recap and highlights of the morning keynote followed by live session room content and Channel 9 Live.

Channel 9 Live will broadcast deep technical interviews between the live steamed sessions and during break times. Expect to see Jeffrey Snover, Mark Russinovich, Paula Januszkiewicz and Brad Anderson on the Channel 9 stage during the week!
