Windows 7 CPU-Z shows RAM running at wrong frequency

Hello, I've recently upgraded the CPU, motherboard, and RAM for my computer, and today I was looking at CPU-Z and I noticed that the DRAM Frequency is saying 668.9 MHz. The RAM I bought is DDR3 1866, so the frequency should be around 933 MHz or so if I'm not mistaken, so why is it so low?

I'm fairly certain your motherboard and CPU, would allow for down-clocking when idle. Is it just your memory that seems to be under-clocked or does your CPU down-clock as well?

I believe that it is just the memory that is under-clocked. Here's a picture of the CPU tab of CPU-Z to make sure.

I managed to fix the problem. Not really sure, but I believe I had to overclock the RAM in the BIOS.
