apparently the bsod occurred whilst the hibernation file was being prepared.
I didn't see a driver mentioned but notice your running Panda AV suite. As third party AV suites are often the cause of issues we always ask that you uninstall Panda for now and just use Defender. This is simply so we can rule the AV suite out and I guess you could remove it and then try sleep again.
Just before you do though please find command prompt via the start menu, right click on it, choose properties and run as administrator. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results. This scan wil hopefully clean up any corruption you may have within the os.
Once the scan has finished (run it more than once if it cannot repair files) and all is well then try sleep again.
If all seems well then try popping Panda back on and see how you go.

This is an old trick which may help, try turning off 'Hybrid sleep', found via the advanced power options in the control panel:

Try this fixit from Microsoft (your download is second one down)Everytime I check for an update it gives me Error(s) found: Code 80072EE2
In the link here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4009440 is the first 'roll up' so hit the link lower down the page to find the download.
Also the history of 'roll up' monthly updates for win 7 (written on left hand side in blue) can be used to find all missing updates
Do you mean it comes back with an error code or that it simply finds nothing?but Windows Update still doesn't work..
Do you mean it comes back with an error code or that it simply finds nothing?
If it's because it doesn't find anything then that is because as I wrote above that Windows 7 updates are now released as monthly roll ups and need to be downloaded from the microsoft download center.
