Windows 7 Crashing - Should I install my own drivers?

I installed Windows 7 (64bit) on my media centre PC. The motherboard is an Abit AN-M2HD, with pretty much everything integrated.

Installation went well and windows installed drivers of its own (including for the integrated nvidia 7050PV and nforce 630a) but during normal use (browsing and copying files) it crashes and restarts.

I guess it could be a drivers issue. Looking at the Abit website, they dont list any drivers for Windows 7, but should I download and install their latest Vista 64bit drivers for my chipset, etc?

Thanks in advance.

PS: Other specifications of my PC;

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+
Memory: 2GB - Corsair Value Select (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C5 Dual Channel
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache

Hehe ok...

For the sake of anyone with the same motherboard, don't bother with the Abit site. The last drivers there are for Vista 64-bit and date back to 2007.

Better to go to the nvidia site and get the motherboard drivers there. nforce 6 series.
