Does anyone know what program to execute in order to create a protection point from a scheduled task?

Solution
If you are talking about a system restore point. Take a look in task scheduler.
Expand Task Library
Expand Microsoft
Expand Windows
Select SystemRestore
You should find that there is already a scheduled task ("SR") with two triggers (Daily and At startup)
Select the SR task and click the properties button and use the Triggers tab to inspect and or edit the schedule and the Action tab should provide you with information regarding the start program call.
Hope this helps
