I use my laptop for Excel and Word documents, Quicken 2010 for my checking account, Win 7 games and surfing the Internet like email and just reading & buying stuff.
I have a Crucial M4 64gb SSD with 17gb free space.
My question: If I had an Intel X25E (SLC) would I notice any increase in the performance for what I use my laptop for?
I received a response to my question from another forum that said, and I totally agree with, I would not notice any significant increase in overall performance.
I hope my post here has been beneficial to those who've read it and will help them make an intelligent decision if they so desire to replace their HDD with an SSD.
